Student Ministries Pastor Search

Immanuel Baptist Church in Richmond, VA is searching for a pastoral candidate to serve as Student Ministries Pastor. The Student Ministries Pastor is an elder-level position sharing in regular pastoral responsibilities including public Scripture reading and prayer, preaching, counseling, and elder care for designated families.

The position directly oversees education for students 7th through 12th grades and college students, teaching Wednesday night and Sunday morning youth meetings, facilitating regular activities including annual events and special activities, partnering with parents to equip godly disciples, and encouraging student participation in missions and evangelistic outreach. A dedicated volunteer youth staff is excited to lend support to your leadership and your call to youth ministry. Valued qualities include eager rapport-building and clear, timely communication.
