Frank Mullican grew up in southeastern Pennsylvania. He attended High Point Baptist Chapel and Christian School where he met his wife, Sonnhilde. Frank is a graduate of Baptist Bible College with a BA in Bible majoring in youth ministries. He was employed at Graco Children Products for 23 years advancing to Quality Management. Frank faithfully served at High Point as Sunday school teacher, youth leader, and deacon. In 2002, God lead Frank and his family to the Richmond area to teach and work at Richmond Christian School. The Mullicans began attending Immanuel in 2005. Frank teaches in the primary department, is a youth leader, and served as an elder, becoming facilities director in 2012. Frank and Sonnhilde feel extremely blessed to have three grown children that love the Lord. Their youngest, Gisela, is a senior at Cedarville University. Frank enjoys model railroading, riding steam trains, NASCAR, and bike riding.
